Justice Department Chooses to Ignore the Law?

Gavel, scales of justice and law booksFrancisco Aguirre, an illegal alien from El Salvador who was convicted of narcotics trafficking in 2000 and deported, and who subsequently returned illegally to the United States fell into the hands of the immigration authorities in 2014 for a DWI charge. He was not taken into custody and went into hiding in a Portland, Oregon, church basement. Now, according to the Fusion website, the charge of illegal reentry has been dropped by the Department of Justice, meaning that the Obama administration has chosen to ignore the law. He may still be deported, but the article claims that the immigration authorities are trying to avoid having him go before an immigration judge.

His treatment by the administration is apparently due to the fact that Aguirre has been working with the National Day Laborers Organizing Network to organize illegal alien workers and is supported by that politically active organization.

Building a wall would be a start, but nothing more. 40% of illegals came on visas, legally.

Moreover, massive illegal immigration is merely a symptom of our ill-conceived, broken, horrific “program” of LEGAL massive immigration.

At least that would be a start. We also need a DOJ that will do their job by following the law. I live about 100 mi from northern border, police stopped 5 illegals of unknown origin ice was contacted and ref used to check on them.Stating they are past a 50 mi border and are no longer their concern.

Obama and parties, including Hillary, put the 50 mile south of the border limit on the Border Patrol. Obama won’t allow them to arrest them and yes.. he will take those pensions away.

Digging a very large hole and filling it with undesirables (aka “undocumented aliens”, “illegal immigrants”, etc, etc) would be the simplest solution. Especially if that hole was elongated and used as the foundation for a very long, very tall, very impenetrable, wall.
