Holiday Greetings from Dan Stein

Let’s look to this joyous holiday season as an opportunity to reflect on what has been accomplished this past year. Our modest movement has been able to hold off the forces of blindness and greed in powerful ways – and in ways no pundit would have predicted. In 2014 we helped change America’s future for the better.  With the avalanche of troubling news, it is easy to forget how much good has happened in this world, and that life is still a great joy to behold in all its magnificence. Let us take a few moments this week and next to count our blessings and recharge for 2015. I thank each and every one of you for your passion, caring and commitment, and let us thank God for the spiritual rewards of “all forms of valiant and faithful service,” as I believe Churchill one put it.

Merry Christmas (and Happy Hanukkah) and a Happy New Year to all!

Dan

Thanks for the positive message Dan. It is amazing that we have accomplished what we have considering the powerful and very well financed opposition that we face.

I disagree…………………the politicians in Washington did what they wanted to do….nothing….and they r still doing nothing Dan…….FAIR was just a voice………………….no impact. These politicians do not care about immigration……

We all know the famous old editorial about “Yes, Virginia, there is a Santa Claus”. And this is a fine season, whether you are inclined to be religious or not, to wish everyone the best. But, although most of us put aside the idea of a real Santa by the age of 6 or so, unfortunately we still have a large number of people who think he does exist. What else can explain their insistence that everyone can move to this country and that we can absorb unlimited amounts of people without damaging our own economy and environment. Hate to break it to you kids, or rather those who think like them, nothing like that is realistic.

President Barack Obama, Speaker John Boehner, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, the Gang of Eight, the Chamber of Commerce, the National Council of La Raza, Immigration Lawyers groups, deep pocketed cheap labor special interest organizations, and a stampede of media news personalities and television opinion makers (including many from Fox News Channel) were defeated on the political battlefied when so called comprehensive immigration reform legislation FAILED to make it through the 113th Congress that will end on 12/31/14. Vast oppostion to granting amnesty, legal status, and U.S. citizenship to unauthorized aliens by average middle class Americans could not be overcome. Americans who cherish U.S. citizenship, sovereignty, and the rule of law have much to be thankful for as 2014 comes to an end. But, there is much work left to do as the battle to kill the unlawful ‘temporary’ Obama executive amnesty decree begins in 2015.
