Happy Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving from FAIRThis Thanksgiving, all of us have so much in which to be grateful, the warmth and love of family, the blessings of freedom and our great sense of community – an American community that showed its affection for this land by sharing an enthusiasm and joy in advancing the welfare of our fellow citizens who need a sharing community that looks out for all our interests. The ideal of self-determination is embodied in our organic understanding of our democracy; and this year, we all did our best to ensure that ideal is alive and well in our hearts and our minds as we give thanks for all we share in the advancement of our national enterprise.  Pause and reflect, for our work has only just begun.

Now Diane Feinstein is saying this country is “less safe” than two years ago from a terrorist attack. She’s been in the Senate for many years and we still do not have the entry/exit system recommended by the 9 11 commission to track those who have overstayed their visas. So who is she to talk when she’s fought every effort at enforcement? Funny how a computer can check you in ten seconds at the gas pump, but we can’t track visas? Or punish those who overstay?

To All Washington D.C. Politicians: Never forget that America’s middle class, U.S. citizenship, sovereignty, and the rule of law, are worth protecting and defending. Always remember our government has every right, (and yes a solemn duty), to police our nation’s borders and to remove aliens who sneak into our country or come here and overstay their visas. This is true whether they be rich or poor.. Reject those powerful special interests attempting to line their own pockets or win their own radical political agenda by pushing for so called IMMIGRATION REFORM legislation that would fundamentally transform and result in the destruction of our country. On this Thanksgiving we thank God that we still live in the greatest nation on the face of this earth. Amen.
