House to Vote on STEM Visa Bill

Business Lobby Starting Amnesty Push

“Pro-reform Republicans, who had been mute amid the harsh attacks on illegal immigration by populist conservatives, are now joining with allies in the business community, evangelical Protestant groups and free-enterprise think tanks to push for a comprehensive solution to America’s broken immigration system that includes legal status for undocumented immigrants already living in the U.S.,” the Houston Chronicle writes.

House to Vote on STEM Visa Bill

“The House voted on a STEM bill – standing for science, technology, engineering, and mathematics – in September, but under a procedure requiring a two-thirds majority. It was defeated, with more than 80 percent of Democrats voting against it, because it offset the increase in visas for high-tech graduates by eliminating another visa program that is available for less-educated foreigners, many from Africa,” the AP reports.

Illinois May Give Drivers’ Licenses to Illegal Aliens

“Virtually every big-name politician in Illinois, with the exception of the two Republican legislative leaders, will gather Tuesday to support an upcoming push to license as many as 250,000 undocumented immigrants to drive in Illinois,” the Chicago Sun Times reports.

“In a nearly unprecedented show of support, Gov. Pat Quinn, Mayor Rahm Emanuel, Senate President John Cullerton (D-Chicago), former GOP Gov. Jim Edgar, GOP state comptroller Judy Baar Topinka, Cook County Board President Toni Preckwinkle and state Rep. Edward Acevedo (D-Chicago) plan to sign on to the immigrant-rights driving initiative and attend Tuesday’s news conference in support of it.”

These special interest groups are taking Romney’s loss as their signal to push the country left on immigration, but the problems that come with amnesty won’t go away. In fact, it looks like the economy is going to get a lot worse during Obama’s second administration. Pumping up immigrant labor during a sharp downturn in the economy is a bad trade that will put much more hurt on America’s ruling class and on the country as a whole.

Even the Startup Ford Company Would Agree With You in the early 1900s

After they raised wages in the company and the employees could buy their cars too, that’s when Ford took off!

Why do we need the STEM bill with millions of Americans out of work? If it’s being done as a trade off for eliminating the insane Visa Lottery, why do we have to have a trade off? We don’t need either one. In fact, rather than continuing to bring millions of people into our overburdened country, let’s have a complete immigration moratorium for ten years. Deport all who are here illegally and line our borders with returning military. All we need to do is stop the outrageous benefits we heap on illegals and they’d go home. The rest can then take place. Make E-verify mandatory so jobs could only be filled with Americans. The US is the only country I know that sacrifices its own people in the name of humanity for those who disregard our laws.

The Root Problem or STEM Problem isn’t Lack of Immigration or Overpopulation Added to America

Its TOTAL LACK OF VOTER recognition and its ignoring fighting the stem or root cause of America’s GIANT DEBT FISCAL CLIFF….Amnesty, immigration and not enough tax income to pay for all the overpopulation guests grabbing presents under the American Statue of Liberty Christmas Tree….

It says in the story that “anything short of citizenship will anger Latin civil rights activists”. What a backward world those people live in. Anything short of a reward of citizenship for their law breaking is unacceptable. And it also says most Republicans oppose any inclusion of citizenship. So how exactly are Republicans going to get the majority of Hispanic votes? The answer is they won’t, because the Democrats will always one up them with promises. And this is not a “civil rights Issue” by any definition. Rights are guaranteed by the constitution for citizens, not law breakers.

WTH is wrong with these people. What part of ILLEGAL don’t they understand………? Illegal aliens should be given the same rights that Americans would get in Mexico or further south.
