FAIR Files FOIA Request Concerning Changes in Immigration Enforcement

FAIR issued a press release today in response to the recent sweeping changes in immigration enforcement policy issued by the White House and Dept. of Homeland Security (DHS). Additionally, FAIR filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request about how the policy changes were formulated and how they will be executed, as well as sending an official letter to DHS Sec. Janet Napolitano seeking clarification about how the Administration proceeded to make sweeping policy changes without congressional authorization. I agree with Mr. Sousa. Thank you for doing this FAIR!

Maybe you can team up with Judicial Watch to get to the bottom of this.

I’m thoroughly convinced that if it weren’t for FAIR keeping an eye on this administration we would have 13 million new citizens who are ALL law breakers and sucking every last dollar from the American tax payers and doing their best to keep the current resident of the white house employed.
Thanks FAIR….PLEASE keep up the great job you do daily.
