California Governor Jerry Brown signed Assembly Bill 2792 (AB 2792) on Wednesday, to allow criminal aliens in law enforcement custody to refuse any interview with federal immigration. By giving criminal aliens the ability to opt out of a meeting with ICE, AB 2792 essentially allows even the most dangerous criminal aliens to be released back into California communities after their sentences are served.
California law already requires state and local law enforcement officials to refuse cooperation with ICE in almost all cases, unless the criminal alien has been convicted of a serious or violent crime. AB 2792, however, goes farther and requires state and local law enforcement officers to provide any criminal alien in custody notice that an interview with ICE is optional and gives them the ability to refuse any interaction with ICE while in law enforcement custody. By doing so, AB 2792 essentially allows deportable aliens to choose whether ICE has access to law enforcement facilities and allows criminal aliens the ability avoid the enforcement of immigration law.
Despite serious public safety concerns regarding the failure to enforce immigration law against convicted criminals, Governor Brown categorized AB 2792’s passage as a “measured approach to due process and transparency principles.” ICE has yet to comment on the bill.

There was also that tape recording just released of her when she thought she was speaking off the record back in February. She said millenials “are living in their parent’s basements” and they expect “free college education” which we can’t afford. But in the last couple weeks she’s proposed free tuition for nearly 90% of them. Just another example that she has no scruples and will say whatever it takes to get a vote.
So Hillary wants taxpayers to pay for free STEM degrees for young Americans, while simultaneously supporting bringing in cheap foreign H-1B workers to take the jobs we are paying to train them for. Wouldn’t it be a lot cheaper for American students to skip the step of earning a STEM degree, and start working at Starbucks as soon as they graduate from high school, instead of earning a STEM degree and then getting a job at Starbucks?
Also, does Hillary want to pay all of the costs for the thousands of students from China at our universities, a number of whom are here to steal our technology? And some of them are learning skills they will take back to China and use to build our competitors as well as weapons designed to fight the US military.
As one related example, Taiwan’s semiconductor industry was built by students from Taiwan that graduated from Stanford’s engineering school and then returned to Taiwan after they graduated. So we used one of our top engineering schools to build our competitors in Taiwan, a country we now have a trade deficit with. Yeah, we’re smart.
She has never directly said she would reduce H1B visas, like Trump has. She never says anything til she’s forced into it, like the TPP trade deal, which she previously supported.
Just as an example of how everything she does is so calculated, a few months ago when the Senate held those hearings on laid off Disney tech workers, she put out a statement saying their stories were “heartbreaking” without saying she would reduce the visa workers who replaced them. She’s as superficial and scripted as the average Hollywood blockbuster. Lots of shiny special effects but no real plot line when you get down to it.

This is becoming an extremely common problem across this country. These builders thought is was so smart to hire illegals for nothing and that drove the long time experienced American workers out of the business.
Trump needs to start running ads showing Hillary’s hypocrisy. About how she said in 2003 “I am, you know, adamant against illegal immigrants.” Plus she voted for the Secure Fence Act of 2006 which mandated 700 miles of double layer fence along the border, which is a wall by any definition.
