As Number of Ineligible Individuals Granted Citizenship Doubles, Congressman Sessions Demands Answers

oath-hand-rotator-720x460Congressman Pete Sessions (R-Tex.), chairman of the House Rules Committee, sent a letter to Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Jeh Johnson demanding answers about how government granted citizenship to ineligible individuals from terrorist hotbed countries. The issue first came to light early last week when the DHS Inspector General published a report revealing that U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) granted U.S. citizenship to 858 individuals from special interest countries who had been previously ordered deported. Then, later last week it was uncovered that the total was closer to 1,800! While processing errors at USCIS have sadly become commonplace during the Obama administration, the Inspector General report is particularly alarming because the individuals incorrectly given U.S. citizenship are all from countries that “are of concern to the national security of the United States.”

In a press release issued along with his letter to Secretary Johnson, Rep. Sessions declared, “Last week’s disturbing report from the Office of the Inspector General shined light on the failure of this Administration to effectively enforce our immigration laws. It is completely unacceptable to fraudulently grant the rights and liberties that come with U.S. citizenship to 1,800 virtually unknown individuals…. This Administration’s glaring lack of judgment has made a mockery of our immigration system and jeopardized our national security.”

This President needs to be arrested, brought up on charges and put in jail after a trial in which, I’m certain he would be found guilty! He has done enough to our America we should not be made to suffer any more by just sitting here waiting for him to do whatever he wants while running out the clock!! CONGRESS DO YOUR JOB!!! GET RID OF THIS TERRORIST!!!

Barack appointed this unqualified incompetent Jeh Duh as secretary of DH(IN)S, after U.S. citizens endure the tragedies of his utterly inept first selection; Janet Haphead. As long as BO resides in the White House, rule of law and security of this nation is thrown out the window, period!

And just imagine those “extensive background checks” promised for many millions of illegal aliens. Who exactly will be paying for those, which to be thorough would have to involve checks in their home countries. It would be just like 1986 when the applications were rubberstamped and many later turned out to be provably false.

The reason why Trump is doing well is that he is addressing many of the same issues brought up during the British exit from the European Union. The elites and the media just dismissed all concerns, but the voters said we are tired of open immigration and having our lives micromanaged from Brussels.

He has also made it clear that he is not going to tolerate any stunts from other countries similar to where the Chinese refused to bring the traditional staircase to the side of Air Force One, leaving the president to exit through the tail of the plane, to the smug satisfaction of Chinese officials. Trump said he would wait and if they refused he would fly home. In other words, not let them make a fool of our president.
