Information obtained by FAIR through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request reveals that during the period during which the Gang of Eight amnesty bill was being considered by Congress and lead-up to the president’s executive actions (now being reviewed by the Supreme Court) were being formulated, amnesty advocates had an open doors the Secretary of Homeland Security’s office. The FOIA request was made by the Immigration Reform Law Institute (IRLI) on behalf of FAIR and covers a three-year period from January 2013 through December 2015.
The information revealed in the FOIA’d schedules for Secretaries Janet Napolitano and Jeh Johnson is reported in a front page story in the Washington Times.

I don’t know whether anybody knows this but there is a law on the books that banned Muslim immigration to the U.S. in 1952 the act became public law 414, as far as I can find out its still active. The immigration Act passed in June 27, 1952. Revised the laws relating to Immigration Naturalization and Nationality. There is more information where I found this at:

It looks the politicians knew enough in 1952 to keep Islam out of the U.S. Keep in mind that it was the U.S. that went to the Middle East in the forties and fifties to help Saudi Arabia open up the oil fields, before that was done the Tribes lived in tents and herded camels and goats. I remember seeing old photos that my mother was given of human hands hanging on a fence the photos came from a relative that worked for one of the oil companies that saw all of this first hand there was a notation on the back of the photo describing what had happened to these people and why they lost the hands because they were accused of stealing. There are some politicians looking into this law.
I hope Fair has their lawyers take a look at this because it looks like Immigration has been breaking the law since this law went onto effect. They either ignored it or chose to ignore it.

You shouldn’t be commenting if you can’t do it without name calling. There are plenty of ways to criticize him without doing that. The other side just uses stuff like this to portray immigration restriction as racism.
Where does it say in any legislation it is a requirement to educate illegal aliens?
Think it was a Texas judge back in the 70’s that ruled children of illegals must be granted the same education entitled to U.S. children. A school had tried to charge for schooling for the children and the illegals took the school to court and won the right to the free education.
So maybe, if we ever do past a true immigration bill, it should include returning the children with the parents and correcting this 2008 law where UAC (unaccompanied Children) can stay in the U.S>, until they have been thru the court system. It’s that crazy Wilburforce law they jammed thru Congress the last day of that Congress. It has pulled the education system way down, since there is a demand to teach English to masses of those entering.
It is time American people find out what goes on in the Congress and Senate and end passing of any bills until the bill synopsis has been published to the public. At least vital laws that directly affects Americans and their lives.
Maybe, cleanup all those useless government departments and invest in a small department of interrupters who could analysis the “bills” and send out copies ( email o.k). to all that requested it before it went up for vote. May sound radical but somehow we have to stop these elected officials from selling the American public down the river.

No surprise, but the left is already trying to spin this in a politically correct way. In a USA Today column published today, Hank Plante blamed the attack in Orlando on “right wing politicians” in this country and said they had blood on their hands. He did not mention one word about Islamic fanaticism, either here or in Europe. Or how those same people who were killed would be tossed off roofs in many Muslim countries. with the approval of those governments.
The media has paid almost zero attention to the fact that in 2013 a speaker at the Husseini Islamic Center in Orlando said that “homosexuals should be executed”. He was invited again in April of this year and has never taken back anything he said.
There are indisputable facts in this situation. The first is that in the nations where these refugees/immigrants come from, polls have consistently shown that substantial numbers, even majorities, believe that a person must die if they have a religious or sexual preference different from theirs.
Sorry, but they are incompatible with western culture. We moved on and they remain stuck in the stone age. Much has been made of the fact the killer was “born in this country”. Uh yeah, exactly. Many of the people doing these acts were either born here or had been here a long time and yet they hated our society. It’s very simple. If no Muslims are coming here, then none are committing terrorism. Time to stop pretending.

This morning there were two killed in a terror attack in France, and the suspect is allegedly connected to
radical groups but born in France. The same liberal spin is being put on things in Europe and here. They’re pretending that all of this has nothing to do with Islam.
Hillary emphatically stated it last November. She said “Muslims are peaceful and tolerant and have nothing whatsoever to do with terrorism.” A totally false statement. The “tolerant” part is complete baloney. Is it “tolerant” to advocate death for leaving Islam, as majorities do in many Islamic countries? Why do we need those attitudes here. The Boston bombers had several friends that were convicted after the fact because they hid evidence of the bombing.
So who is worse? Trump or her? Her attitudes are dangerously naive and the media protects her. Do we wait for some even bigger attack to happen before we pay attention? We can’t do anything about the people born here but we can stop more from coming. It’s called self protection.
