Businessman Donald J. Trump, who is seeking the Republican Party’s nomination for president, released an immigration plan based on three core principles: that the U.S. must build a wall across the southern border, that current immigration laws must be fully enforced, and that the interests of American citizens must be put first. In crafting his plan, Trump sought advice from true immigration reformer Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL), Chairman of the Senate Subcommittee on Immigration and the National Interest. FAIR offers the following analysis of the plan on five key immigration issues: amnesty; legal immigration; border security; interior enforcement; and taxpayer benefits to illegal aliens.
Amnesty: While his plan does not explicitly mention it, Trump and his surrogates have repeatedly called for a form of “touchback amnesty,” in which illegal aliens are deported and those without criminal records are allowed to quickly return to the U.S. legally. In an interview with CNN, Trump stated that he would “get people out and then have an expedited way of getting them back into the country so they can be legal.” The candidate’s son, Eric Trump, also said that “the point isn’t just deporting them, it’s deporting them and letting them back in legally.” It is unclear, however, whether Trump would grant legal status or citizenship to the illegal aliens who would be allowed to return ahead of those who have complied with our immigration laws…

What’s the point of deporting people who are a tax burden on our society only to turn around and bring them back into the country again? This part of Trump’s plan doesn’t make sense.
No, you’d want to bring back only those who are not a burden on society. Those who are assets. And keeping within our legal quotas and limits, naturally.
Trump’s Plan is Play By the Rules
If there is anymore immigration [and I’m against it] Trump’s wife got her citizenship legally….so naturally, it applies to all foreign nationals trying to settle in America. Do I agree with all of it? Hey, its legal at least.
legally?…let me see…..she wanted to come to America most likely by any means….so Trump bought her…..they divorced….So how different is to buy somebody that wants the green card to hiring somebody to do the low level skill jobs….hahahaha!!! the same thing!!..the difference he is rich and did it legally…..but it is quite inappropriate and illegal…morally……
