Sanders Says He Will Bypass Congress on Immigration

“Sen. Bernie Sanders (I., Vt.) said he would work around Congress if he had to in order to accomplish his goals for illegal immigration. NPR host Judy Woodruff, a co-moderator of Thursday night’s Democratic presidential debate, asked Sanders if he would go further than President Obama in using executive action on illegal immigration,” the Free Beacon reports.

Democratic Rep. Criticizes Rubio on Immigration

“A top-ranking Hispanic Democratic lawmaker tells The Hill that GOP presidential candidates Marco Rubio and Ted Cruz are “duplicitous” on immigration reform. House Democratic Caucus Chairman Xavier Becerra says the senators, both Cuban-Americans, should be ‘consistent,’” The Hill reports.

Cruz, Sessions Introduce Bill to Beef Up ICE Enforcement

“Republican presidential candidate Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) and Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL)
introduced legislation in the U.S. Senate to give more resources to the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency so it can enforce America’s immigration laws,” Breitbart News says.

“’For far too long, the Obama administration has discouraged enforcement of our nation’s immigration laws,’ Cruz said in a statement. ‘President Obama has even personally threatened ‘consequences’ for the dedicated men and women who try to follow the law.’”

Trump Says Pope’s Visit to Mexico Will Turn Political

“On the eve of Pope Francis’ trip to Mexico, Presidential candidate Donald Trump came down hard on the pontiff, calling him a “very political person” who is being exploited by Mexico at America’s expense,” Breitbart News wrote.

“The Pope is leaving for Mexico just after noon on Friday, where he will visit a pediatric hospital, meet with an indigenous community in the southern Chiapas region, speak to youth and workers, and celebrate Mass at the shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe.”

Reid Bill Would Give Every Illegal Alien a Tax-Funded Lawyer

“Senate Democrat Leader Sen. Harry Reid (D-NV) wants the government to provide certain illegal immigrants with government-funded lawyers,” Breitbart News said.

“’Under current U.S. law, there is no right to appointed counsel in non-criminal immigration removal proceedings, even if the person in question is a child. Imagine that,’ Reid said on the Senate floor Thursday. ‘The humanitarian crisis at our doorstep demands that we, as Americans, affirm our fundamental values of protection and due process.’”

    No Change,

When I read thru your ridiculously poorly written posts, I find that you routinely insult those of us who are advocates of strong border security and interior enforcement of existing immigration laws.

So, do you think you could stop posting childish insults long enough to answer the following questions:

    1) Do the lives and families of those Americans who are killed by illegal aliens simply not matter to you?

    2) Do the livelihoods of those Americans whose wages and job opportunities have been adversely impacted by illegal aliens matter to you?

    3) Is it to much to ask, in a nation founded upon the rule of law, that we should should expect our elected and appointed government officials to enforce the existing immigration laws?

The Pope needs to tell the people in other countries to take personal responsibility and stay home and work to make their home countries a better place, instead of coming up here, breaking our laws, and mooching off of us. He also needs to tell them that if they are poor, to use birth control and not have a lot of children and then expect more responsible people in the US to take care of all of their children with their paycheck.

And how exactly is it “Christian” for the US government to have an open border with Mexico, and to allow all of the violent criminals, illegal drugs, and potential terrorists to come into our country and cause incalculable death, destruction and suffering? And the Pope isn’t the dictator of this country either.

And the group Catholic Charities needs to remove the word “Charities” from their title and find a more accurate description. The book Mexifornia describes how over 75 percent of the money Catholic “Charities” uses to pay for services for immigrants is from US taxpayers. So they are not a “Charity”, more accurately they are a US taxpayer financed government program that happens to be run by the Catholic Church.

Sanders statements on executive orders for immigration are exactly what’s wrong with this country. He says in the highlighted interview that: ” If Congress doesn’t do the right thing, we use the executive orders of the president.” This is what third world dictators say. We have a constitution and nowhere in it is there any authority for the executive to change laws solely on his whim of what’s “right”.

It’s time the Supreme Court, liberal and conservative, cracked down on this practice. They ruled, rightfully, that Bush could not indefinitely hold a US citizen, Jose Padilla, on terrorism charges without actually charging him. And eventually he was charged, tried, and convicted, as our system requires.

As for the Pope, unless he wants to come to the border and announce that he’s changing the church’s birth control policies, he needs to shut up. It’s their policies that are causing misery and suffering all over the world when people have children they cannot afford to raise. He’s the bad guy, not Trump. Don’t hand us the bill for them and expect us to support and provide jobs for the people their policies produced. But in reality, the truth is that this is about new members for the American church, because everyone else has wised up.

Interesting that the Wall Street Journal carried a study done on the anti illegal policies of Arizona and the end result was rising wages and lower welfare costs. Definitely the opposite of their claims that without immigration it’s the end of the world.

    • avatar SecBorders says:

The Economist magazine had a study that claimed that over half of the Vatican’s money comes from the US. So when a Catholic from a poor country moves from the US, their income level increases and they have more money to give to the Catholic Church, even if they are still poor by US standards. And then there is all of the money from US taxpayers that goes to Catholic “Charities” to give assistance to these poor immigrants.

Did you see the announcement that Carrier air conditioning is closing it’s Indiana plant and is moving it’s 1400 jobs to Mexico. That’s on top of Ford recently announcing that they are opening yet another plant there. They get our good jobs and we get their uneducated tomato pickers with five kids that cost us a fortune in taxes. Our president ran in 2008 on either withdrawing or renegotiating NAFTA and he’s made no effort to do either. His priorities are blocking all our immigration laws. Trump and Sanders have been the adamant long time opponents of the proposed TPP 12 nation deal, often described as NAFTA on steroids and promoted by this administration.

        • avatar SecBorders says:

Henry Ford was smarter than the current execs at Ford and other companies like Carrier. When in 1914 he increased wages for his factory workers to at the time unheard of levels and paved the way for the creation of the American middle class, one of the primary reasons he did this was he knew that Americans needed decent paying jobs if they were going to have enough money to purchase the automobiles that he was producing.

          • avatar No Change says:

yes smarty…a brilliant mind…read what you you just wrote……he enabled people to grow his business…..HAHAHA!!!!……..this is a conclusion based on your feedback and writings above ONLY…..

  4. Sanders Believes Establishment Lies

That IAs in America increase the Democrat vote. C’mon Man, IAs generally don’t vote. Either do most poor legal American citizens. We’ve been over-emphasizing the tiny fringe groups for so long, we now accept it as scientific fact for action?

Meanwhile, the “Open Border Foreign/Corporate Establishment” has us legal citizens in their gun’s cross hairs for elimination and replacement with cheaper foreigners.

    • avatar No Change says:

For the first time I have to agree with you on this “Open Border Foreign/Corporate Establishment” 100%
