Sessions Enforcement Bill Would Help State Enforcement

“Sen. Jeff Sessions, R-Ala., and other Republicans have proposed new legislation that would explicitly allow state and local authorities to enforce their own immigration laws, as long as they’re consistent with federal law. The bill is an attempt to enlist the aid of states in efforts to enforce immigration at the border, and remove illegal immigrants that Sessions says are too easily entering and staying in the country,” the Washington Examiner reported.

Illegal Alien Sex Offender Released by DHS Found in Memphis

“The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, or “ICE,” is releasing about one hundred criminal aliens every day into U.S. cities. 36,000 such criminals were released in 2013, including a sex offender who was set free in East Memphis,” MyFoxMemphis reported.

    The Fox story says that those criminal aliens “can’t be deported” because their countries won’t take them back. It may be true that those countries won’t take them back, but by law we should be suspending all visas issued to those countries until they comply. Why is this so complicated. Make them pay a price for their refusal. But of course we won’t do that, because the rights of criminal aliens are apparently more important than the right of Americans to be safe.

      They also called out for tariffs against nations that import more to us than we export to them, like China. We’ve for got budgetary logic and our roots.
