IRLI Files Amicus Brief in Non-Citizen Voting Case

Supreme Court

“The Immigration Reform Law Institute (IRLI) has filed a friend-of-the-court brief in Kobach v. U.S. Election Assistance Commission, a case currently pending approval for a hearing before the Supreme Court. (Civil Action No. 14-1164).,” notes a press release issued today.

“IRLI’s brief is in support of the petitioners, Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach and Arizona Secretary of State Ken Bennett, who seek to appeal a ruling by the Tenth Circuit affirming the Election Assistance Commission (EAC)’s decision to refuse to include the states’ proof-of-citizenship voter registration instructions on the National Mail Voter Registration Form. The states’ lawfully enacted statutes were designed to ensure that only eligible U.S. citizen voters can decide elections as is mandated under the federal National Voter Registration Act.”

We the people, the citizens of the United States, are being forced, against our will and in direct violation of our nation’s immigration laws, to financially support the never ceasing, illegal, foreign invasion of our country.

Illegal alien criminals should return to their country of origin and apply to be a US citizen the right way…..Follow the law…no amnesty, no freebies, no baby citizens when the parent or parents are here illegally, no executive amnesty. In addition, send all illegal alien criminal gang members, drug dealers, pimps, gangsters and murderers that have entered the US with them and institute the death penalty for any that re-enter the US again illegally.

For those that have followed the US immigration laws, requirements and applied for citizenship, get a job and get off the welfare roles. Our benevolence is wearing thin for the long term benefits paid by taxpayers and we’re tired of spending our tax dollars for long periods of time to support you and your family members. Otherwise, you’re welcome to the land of the free people and our way of life. Lastly, if you’re trying to change our way of life and our beliefs to the way of life you left behind, please leave and return to your country of origin….

We should not be too critical; however, it might be prudent to quarantine these individuals in a way similar to the system used for bringing pets into Japan with time period revised to insure the USA dose not admit criminals and diseased them say, 20 years in the country closest to their point of entry at that country’s or their own expense.

what ever happened to Ellis Island? wasn’t that where everybody went to become a citizen of this great country? or are we too busy to take care of business? when we say land of the free we’re not kidding.

And merely arriving here was no assurance you would be allowed to stay. Anyone who it was felt would become a “public charge” or had a non curable disease was put on the ship back. These so called advocates just want to spin some romantic history of immigration in the past, but things were way different. Now if people cross the border illegally and are not caught, they’re basically here to stay, and many end up on some kind of welfare.

‘LAND OF THE FREE’ … Yup, you hit the nail on the head there. They swarm over the border to the land of the free. It is free for them because we pay their hospital bills, give them welfare to buy food, pay for their schooling if they need it, driver’s licenses, ‘in-state’ tuition at universities and the king wants to let them have Social Security cards so they can get Earned Income Credit and such. FREE! Yup, it is free to the Criminal Invaders (AI’s) but it sure ain’t free to the natives. The U.S. citizens who pay taxes to provide our government the money to give away to these criminals do not get anything in return, well, except perhaps more opportunities to catch unusual diseases which are coming across the borders, the opportunities to work for less money because many jobs are given away to non-citizens, the opportunity to have your vote cancelled out by some alien who doesn’t need voter id to vote. Ya just gotta love a government that values the votes of illegal aliens more than it values its own tax paying citizens who pay their salaries.

The unfair part is the Feds write the rules but only pay for food stamps. Local County property owners get stuck with the bill for welfare, healthcare and education. The Feds don’t care as it costs them nothing.

Show your identification or get the hell out of the country. The political correctness shown in this country, especially by the liberal media (CNN offender) will finally result in the downfall of this once great country.
