DACA: Strengthening the Magnet That Attracts Illegal Immigration

CNSNews reported March 5 that the number of apprehended unaccompanied illegal alien minors has skyrocketed from 6,560 in fiscal year 2001 to 24,668 in fiscal year 2013. Further, it notes that the Department of Homeland Security is projecting that the total could soar to 60,000 in the current fiscal year.

The U.S. government agency put in charge of handling these illegal alien minors, the Administration for Children and Families (ACF) of Health and Human Services’ (HHS) Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR), is holding meetings to try to figure out why this surge is happening, according to the news story. The only tentative explanation offered is that it may relate to the high level of violence in Central America where most of these youth come from.

It apparently has not occurred to the Obama administration that its unilateral – and legally questionable – declaration of the limited amnesty policy of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) might explain the surge. The 2012 announcement that illegal aliens up to age 30 could get work permits and protection against deportation sent a clear message of ‘y’all come’. That message was reinforced by the U.S. Senate’s adoption in 2013 of amnesty legislation with the backing of the administration.

Advocates of the DACA program assert that it is based on the principle that children should not be made to suffer from the actions of their parents. But, the DACA criteria do not distinguish between a minor brought illegally into the country by a parent and one who comes into the U.S. on his or her own looking to take a job. The ACF office explains its statistical reports for unaccompanied alien children applies to those illegal alien youth who have “… no parent or legal guardian in the United States, or no parent or legal guardian in the United States available to provide care and physical custody.”

It just doesn’t make any sense for another country’s millions of illegal poor to become the majority, especially if they had broken our laws, they just had lived here in America on their illegal status! Now Americans are suppose to except millions of illegal alien children who have supposedly had come to America at no fault of their own, that is one of the excuse that illegal aliens and all of their advocates uses, to help them get amnesty or legalization in America! Illegal aliens are so strongly allow to use their children to get what they want in America, to also help them to get what they want, they are strongly now using the excuse about not separating their families, all of this makes deporting millions of illegal aliens more difficult, when in reality it shouldn’t, also their children being born in America, getting an automatic American citizenship makes it difficult to deport millions of illegal aliens in America! Millions of illegal aliens in America know how to scheme and scam America, because they can manipulate our politicians so easily, because they know how lenient they are to certain things, especially children!! Our immigration laws and other American laws are so easily to be manipulated, especially when illegal aliens are able to use their children! All of what illegal aliens are allow to do in America, Americans are being terrible forced to endure, against their will! Therefore America is in trouble!!!

I have always accepted that the president was born in Hawaii. I think the question that can be asked, legitimately, is whether he wants to see a non majority-white America. His mother was married to two foreign nationals and he spent his first four years of school in Indonesia. His father was bitter over British colonialism.

He and Michelle sat in the pews of a church for 20 years while Jeremiah Wright preached anti white rhetoric and claimed this country brought 9 11 on itself, instead of blaming radical terrorists. Though he claimed he never heard a lot of the pastor’s sermons, one of the president’s books quoted Wright when he said “white folks greed runs a world in need”. The reflexive thinking that only whites bear responsibility for anything.

Quite frankly, why would any sane person want to be more like Latin America, with it’s drug cartels, coups, dictatorships, and corruption. Rio has thousands of murders a year and most go unsolved. You always hear we must respect Islam. Uh why? Again, it’s the same situation across much of the Islamic world, coups, dictators, civil wars, car bombs going off in marketplaces over religious differences. Why would anyone one respect that?

If there is anything to respect, it’s the tolerance and openness of Western governments. Be like Mexico, Venezuela, Syria, Libya, Pakistan, etc? No thank you.

Because these policies destroy the middle class, you need more needy peasants for more Marxist policies top take hold … and it is happening … peasants cheapen labor, their low quality of life brings down everyone around them …. 1986 Amnesty cheapened labor and put mainly US middle class workers out of work … this is how the political class thrives …

Whether they come alone or brought by their illegal parents, they too are illegal. There is no age limit on illegality. If we had an administration who believed that our nation is a sovereign one, it would stop lawbreakers from sneaking into our country, and get rid of those who overstay their visas. It would also put a moratorium on all immigration until this nation is once again a leading power. We are being driven into third world status by this decades-long invasion, but that is the master plan, isn’t it?
