Big ruckus about how our student scores compare badly with much of the world. Well, duh. We allow people to stay here illegally that are low education and low skilled and many of their US born children do no better. And the English speaking students are slowed down because we have to teach the same thing in different languages.

Of course, you will never get “advocates” to acknowledge this. Instead they play the race card against anyone who dares to point it out.
