What is the point in going to the town hall meetings? The representatives and senators will look you in the eye and “tell you what you want to hear”, knowing all along they intend to bow to the pressure and threats from the president and the democrats in order to maintain power. These people no longer want to serve their constituents but to serve their own need and desire to be career politicians, greedy for monetary gains and powerful appointments. We are nothing more than peons. Our children and grandchildren will never know the America we knew.

I’ll be at my Rep’s town hall today asking her to support reform with a pathway to citizenship. After all, I love America.

I don’t plan to change my comments. Where is freedom of speech?
