Marco Rubio: Let’s Pass Amnesty So the President Doesn’t Implement One Unilaterally

Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) has been keeping his mouth shut recently about immigration, especially when it comes to what the House of Representatives is up to.

On Tuesday, Rubio broke his silence. He added his voice to those urging the House to pass an amnesty bill similar to the one he shilled for in the Senate. Perhaps Rubio was using the month-and-a-half-long silence to work on a really compelling sales pitch to his colleagues in the House. If so, he probably should have taken a little more time, because the one he came out with on Tuesday needs a little work.

In essence, Rubio’s pitch to the House is, Pass an amnesty bill so that President Obama doesn’t implement one unilaterally. Noting that the president (in apparent disregard for the Constitution) acted unilaterally in implementing the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) amnesty in response to Congress’s defeat of the DREAM Act, Rubio warned the House that if they don’t legislate the way President Obama wants them to, he’ll just go ahead and do it any way.

So, apparently the best reason he can come up with for the House to pass an amnesty bill is Congress is too impotent to prevent the president from trampling on their constitutional authority. Now that’s a real selling point!

Amnesty is illegal, amnesty means to pardon all offenses done to the government
This of course is drugs, not pay child support of all the children those illegals have had illegally..
You have to ask why do people want to come to the USA? Most of them is to get the freebes the government gives to them for their vote. They do not have an education can’t speak English. These illegals are going to take away the jobs of the legals. There is not enough jobs as it is. You cannot buy a vote and that is what the Democrats are doing. They do not care of the USA and its future. Obama will sign anything he wants into law. We have seen this and the House has done nothing about it. They also just want re- election. It has become a career .Vote themselves an increase. Exempt from the Obamacare etc. I am sick of it all.

I do not agree with your comments…..people who come here most if not almost all with exception of the real criminals do have to work to make a living and it is not EASY.

In short, Sylvia you need to learn our history….you are completely oblivious of how we became a country and what it takes………………….honestly.

We have been lucky so far: our children do not have to go abroad to become THE BEST……..instead THE BEST come here our children compete with to become better = THE USA A POWER…….get it?

Ira this is not Amnesty and honestly you are out of touch with our reality…you as I have gotten old bu the difference is that my genes are still young unlike yours to look and envision a great country for our descendants….

John, this is indeed amnesty. Every single illegal alien has broken at least one law, and probably more. To not only say that they don’t have to take the prescribed penalty for doing so (deportation) but that they get what they came for is indeed amnesty. And it has nothing to do with “youth”. People who have a sense of entitlement, who believe that laws don’t apply to them, exist at all age levels and in all countries. We don’t need more of them. And the reality, John, is that if illegal aliens were so wonderful, the countries they come from would be wonderful, too. Illegal aliens bring the culture that made their own countries so unpalatable with them.

Ali you should ask yourself the same question……what is unpalatable you have brought from your country to theUS?……..you have idea about our history and the reason things happen…………………….you have no idea…travel…get to know our land and people…then you should ask yourself how come there is a Bill and not EVERYBODY is against it…?

John The only reason people don’t care and are not against it is because they do not know anything about it. They are ignorant Read and find out not Oh it sounds good When someone wants to give you something free you thinks twice because nothing is free. You know by experience that anything done illegal does not work. If you don’t you have not lived long enough.

the same way Silvia if you knew this really well you would realize that are those illegally here that have been abused to make money, others that cross the border with a criminal career and so on……do I have to say more?………..

The same manner to you, and those who know nothing, read the news or politicians that so know nothing about this and are against………

Yes I agree you do not have to live long enough BUT UNFORTUNATELY you do…………

Silvia to correct myself I did not say you know nothing but you r comment about doing things illegally do not go along the way of the honest people taken advantage of and victims of a reality whose goal is to feed their families……….
